@jaymeez He's got videos of himself workingout in the gym. He's exceedingly strong. Each of us has different genetics which determine in large part our muscularity, vascularity and general physique.

Nice to see a realistic bodybuilding nutrition plan. So many videos of this stripe advocate eating 12 ounces of Chicken and 2 cups of rice for every meal when, in fact, that kind of voluminous eating is only possible for extremely large people and not your typical fitness buff. Good job.
