I'm English. I'm a Conservavative. I'm not Blairite, but I can just about hack his way of thinking. My point is this. Having studied, and been interested in American politics for as many years as I have, why can lying shits like Bill Frist pull elections out of the hat like they were never proven to be bastards?
I believe in Personal freedom, and lower taxes. Yet, I'd rather vote Clinton (*Shudders* Hilary) than the semi-democrats the Republicans are pushing. Realistically, anyone that isn't Guiliani or McCain will be a 'John Barnes' Rap' (Cockney Rhyming slang for crap) next president. If I don't see one of them as Republican candidate, then I'll be forced to look to Barack Obama (D) and it's not his time yet! Seriously, John McCain, next president. Or they'll be a shitload of international diplomatic dump waiting on his successors doormat. |
