    @realitycheck833 Yes and No! Crosby has had a boat since the mid 60´s (I think that sailing was common in his family), but -as far as I know- it´s always been called "The Mayan". That is where the inspiration for the song "Wooden ships" came from, I think.

      @joycejnn Not quite right. Alan was the biggest genius in the band, but NOT THE ONLY ONE. And, about post-wilson Canned Heat: right after his death they recorded 2 excellent LP´s, one of which is AS GOOD AS ANY of their best (seriously). Check it out, please: "Historical Figures" 1971.

    Aside the first LP in 1967 (in which FRANK COOK played), there has never been any other drummer in Canned Heat but FITO DE LA PARRA. Who is -appart from one of the top (and most under rated) drummers of all time- the leader of the band since, at least, 1981 (and probably before).
