just had this problem. I was at 74000 miles. Nissan quoted about $1500.00.. I called 1-800 nissan1 and got that sucker fixed for free. I'm sure the fact that I get all my services done at Nissan really helped though. They replaced secondary timing chains and tensioner caps. Purrs like a kitten now.
