I've never liked the Faceless much, but I guess he's one of the few lucky people who's able to make a living from DM, so fair play to him. I imagine it must be infuriating for you sitting on that kind of material... haha. Be sure to give us a heads up if anything happens on that front. ;)

I used to have the Loomis model! it was good, but I prefer the ltd to it because it has a flatter fretboard and a slightly thinner neck. I don't suppose you know when the Abhorrent release will be out? I'm dying to hear it at this point haha

Hey Marlon, I got it second hand for about £550. I think it's about £850 to get one new. It's an older model though, ESP don't make that finish any more, which is a shame because I think it looks a lot better than the black ones they are making now. I've owned a few 7 strings (Ibanez and Schecters) and this is the best I've had so far. I upgraded the tuners to sperzels, changed the bridge pickup to a emg 707 and put a compensated nut on it - perfect. Are you going to start playing 7s in Abhorrent?

I'd love to, especially with all the songs I've been learning, like old Cryptopsy covers. (good cryptopsy, imo) But my camera is still in my rfiends house by houston. I'm going down there late october and I'll make vids after that. If you guys are serious about needing a bassist, ya'll could always call me and hear me play along to some songs or I can just kinda improv.

Hey guys, I just moved to Terrell TX. I'm from Houston and I really dig the music. I play a 6 string bass and would LOVE to jam one day. possibly even join. My vids on here are SHIT old lol but when I get my camera, Ill record some Spawn of possession and Decrepit birth. And I might as well put up necrophagist and the faceless. lol Reply.

Unfortunate. Best of luck with it as I've been waiting to hear something closer to a fuller sound (as in, all instruments/additions.) The track that was up with what I'm assuming are temporary vocals was good, though the lines themselves were a little odd at parts.

Did you guys manage to find a vocalist? I remember browsing through and seeing that you were looking and even had a sample track with vocals, though I wasn't under the impression they were final.
