Stock 12ax7 preamp tube with a 12at7 groovetube power tube sounds awesome if you are here looking for what is a nice tube setup. It sounds a Lot cleaner and a little louder than stock. I also should say that you should keep a 12ax7 as the preamp tube, because mine didn't sound as good with the 12...
