The voice over guy is terrible. He must be a retired Movietone voice over. Their maxim seemed to be "Let's sensationalise this with a dialogue that sounds like a constant announcement." "The train arriving on platform 3........" etc.

To compare with this there's an Album by Brian Eno (ex Roxy Music) called Apollo 11 which has similar soporific music including a track also called Weightless which I recommend and another called Deep Blue Day. Put the three together and you'll be hugely relaxed and possibly fall into a trance.
