Minor swing is definitely not from Rachel Portman.It's written by the genius Django Reindhardt and Stephane Graphelli around the 1930's.Most of the music in the film is from around that time,which I love.The other two songs were composed by R. Portman. On imdb you can see who wrote the other song...

@fynn1981 : how did you not know that taylor would play jacob, if the movie clearly was already out when you made this one? Although it is true that jacob does not have a big role in the first movie, so it doesn't really bother me. I think you did a nice job, it really looks good.
