We have all the paper trail and letters to prove that United States Government knew we were coming into the United States before we did but the U.S. Immigration in Los Angeles are ignoring all Evidence.

We are Documented Legal Refugees and the Government knew we were coming to the United States before we arrived but now we are in False Removal Proceedings because of some corrupt Immigration Employees who have been and are playing with our Files and put lies in our files through Government Computers as they promised to do in order to kick us out of the United States.
A true story that the MEDIA has REFUSED to talk about or Air because they are controlled by the Good Ole Boys Network and all their Divisions.
Our True Story of Political Persecution and U.S. Immigration Corruption for 6 years and 11 months must be told here in the United States and around the World and the fact we are in False Removal Proceedings since 2006 fighting hard through the Legal System against a handful of Corrupt Government Employees who will go to great lengths to the point of not respecting the Law to fraudulently and illigally kick us out of the United States.

The UNITED NATIONS in NEW YORK said, "I talked to you before and I told you before we are NOT helping you!" and she slammed the phone in my husband's face.
When my husband told her that we would be executed if we are falsely returned back to a Country that is no longer ours...she asked what country and when my husband told her Canada she started laughing and hung up the phone in my husband Anthony's face.
They have REAL POLITICAL ASYLEES staring them in the face and the Government and Officials laugh and turn their backs on us knowing we shall be murdered and do not care!
My husband Anthony knows too much and saw CORRUPT COPS ASSASSINATE someone in front of his eyes and they have tried to murder him for over 25 years to silence him and hide the truth.
My husband has NIGHTMARES of the assassination and of the dirty cops trying to MURDER my husband.
He is still recuperating all these years after the last murder attempt on his life.
He was told he would never walk again but after coming out of a COMA he fought for many years to walk and he walks with a cane now.
His long term memory loss is still slowly coming back.
For a long time he did not even know who he was because of the seizures and memory lost caused by the Murder Attempt. If two men had not come along and chased away those who were trying to murder my husband with a crowbar, my husband Anthony would have been dead.
In the hospital bed a cop leaned over close to my husband's ear and hissed, "Next time Martini we will not miss and when your daughter is of legal age we will kill her also."

I adore BOYZONE and used the song No Matter What for our wedding because the lyrics or words are so right to what my husband and I have been going through and are still going through. I adore Secret Garden who sings Nocturne. I also like some pop songs, New Age and Yanni. Soundtracks from James Horner, John Williams and David Foster. I hope to find a Professional Composer to compose music to my Lyrics who understands the color of my voice and the style and kind of music I should be singing.

I like to read books that challenge my mind. Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead. Books by Diana Gabaldon. The Lord Of The Rings. Classics like Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights, Gone With The Wind, The Secret Garden, Little Women, Jane Austen, Pride And Prejudice and War And Peace. The Mists Of Avalon. Stories of the Medieval Era. I enjoy reading History books of the past.UPDATE: January 24, 2008 - We have been patient for 5 1/2 years and have warned the U.S. Government we would sue them.We sued the U.S. Immigration, Department of Justice and Homeland Security and others for their LIES and FALSE CHARGES on December 3, 2007.UPDATE: APRIL 20, 2008 - Our MOTION TO TERMINATE FALSE REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS against us has been GRANTED by a Judge on March 31, 2008 although he ignored the rest of the Motion where we also asked for our AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP and for A PUBLIC INQUIRY for all the LIES that were placed in our files by corrupt Government Employees. We are NOW working on a third Lawsuit against the Government for all Human Rights Abuse, Human Rights Violations, United Nations Violations, International Laws Violations and all of our rights that were violated and stomped on and spit on by dirty U.S. Government Employees and for all our pain and suffering.UPDATE: U.S.HOMELAND SECURITY MADE AN APPEAL ON APRIL 29, 2008 saying Judge Martin Jr. erred in Law by GRANTING us our Motion To Terminate False Removal Proceedings.We filed a RESTRAINING ORDER on April 14, 2008 against the U.S. Homeland Security and the Department of Justice for all their illegal wiretapping of our PHONES, CELL PHONES AND ATTACKING OUR INTERNET SO WE CANNOT DO ANY BUSINESS ON THE INTERNET and to stop them from falsely deporting us and to give us Immediate American Citizenship.U.S. Homeland Security and Department of Justice were TOO LATE to file a respond. Instead they filed a MOTION TO DISMISS our Motion of a Restraining Order and then mixed two Lawsuits in it and everything together they were not supposed to.JUDGE DAVID O. CARTER did an ORDER ahead of time before we even showed up in Court to DISMISS our RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST THE U.S. HOMELAND SECURITY and DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE and stopped us from proceedings. He lied and did NOT hear Legal Arguments and kept getting up to leave the Court Room when Anthony wanted to talk.IN THE JUDGE'S ORDER IT SAYS THAT WE AS ALIENS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SUE ANYONE IN THE UNITED STATES.WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SUE THE U.S. GOVERNMENT OR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA OR ITS AGENCIES OR ITS GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES AND WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE ANY ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER AGAINST THEM BECAUSE WE ARE NOT AMERICAN CITIZENS!In Court on May 12, 2008 this is what we have been told in the Judge's Order. The Opposition Attorney from the Department of Justice introduced TWO AGENTS with her to the Judge. AMAZING HOW NICE THE JUDGE WAS TO THE TWO AGENTS. Then Judge David O. Carter turned and said to us,THIS LOOKS VERY BAD FOR BOTH OF YOU MR. AND MRS. MARTINI, VERY BAD. I thought we were going to be falsely arrested right there with those words! This was MORE POLITICAL PERSECUTION AND MORE TORTURE. These two Agents had no business being there. They were NOT testifying and just sat there and had no Legal Right to be there but only to INTIMIDATE US!! The Opposition Attorney from the Department of Justice just sat there GRINNING while we read Judge David O. Carter's Order. It had all been set up ahead time WITHOUT LEGAL ARGUMENTS FROM OUR SIDE!The U.S. Homeland Security and Department of Justice and DIRTY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES have placed LIES IN OUR FILES and have made an APPEAL at the BIA- BOARD OF IMMIGRATION APPEAL to have us KICKED OUT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA even though WE ARE LEGAL POLITICAL REFUGEES FROM CANADA WHO CAME HERE TO STAY ALIVE SEEKING FREEDOM AND JUSTICE WHICH WE HAVE NEVER FOUND!WE ARE NOW TAKING OUR CASE TO INTERNATIONAL COURTS, INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURTS,WORLD COURTS AND THE UNITED NATIONS FOR ALL HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS, OUR PAIN AND SUFFERING AND ALL THE LIES THAT HAVE CONTINUOUSLY BEEN PUT IN OUR FILES AND FOR POLITICAL PERSECUTION AND POLITICAL TORTURE!So all this to say that as LEGAL POLITICAL REFUGEES according to the United States Government and according to Judge David O.
