For music lovers everywhere!
About Me:
I regard music as sustenance to life.
It is my intention to remain at all times respectful of the works contained on my channel. All of what I produce and upload is of my own creation through the various technical resources available to me.
Although I have and will upload music from many of my favorite musical artists; I will always strive to respect copyright protocol. I remain deliberate to perform proper research in order to provide appropriate copyright information for all music and video projects.
It is not my intention to negate the rights of the original artists' whose works appear in the productions I create and post. Nor do I ever seek financial gain.
I also thank, in advance, the artist whose photographs I make use of. It is often difficult to trace, but I will strive to attach any copyright information if available.
Music I believe, is what makes the world a better place. I only wish to contribute through my creativity to bring joy and inspiration to others through the power of music.
I attempt to share music which has made a marginal difference in my own spiritual well being. For I know, deep in my heart, I would surely be a miserable person without the music I strive to share...and who wants or needs that ?
It is hoped that what I share will aid others in their well being as it pertains to each of us having difficulties; and who find a common love and affection for the music which helps us along through our lives.
I enjoy playing drums, guitar (limitedly, due to a few finger amputations); blues harmonica and fiddling with music/video editing and production resources.
I'm probably more of a "guitar enthusiast" due to my limitations. Although, I did teach myself to tune a guitar to assorted open chords to assist in my lack of digits. Playing drums however, remains my primary instrument of choice.
I produce my work under the names of "Anishnaube Productions" and "Noisy Bastard Productions."
I hope you like what you hear and hear what you like !
Hometown:
Vancouver
Country:
Canada
Occupation:
I am a sign maker & silkscreen printer by trade. Presently, I am a 2nd year student in Community Social Service Work. I have also worked in radio broadcasting as a technical producer and as a night club disc jockey.
Companies:
Self employed part-time as Sundog Graphics.
Schools:
School of Life, School of Rock, School of Blues. School of RUSH; assorted graphic arts studies. I am for the most part self taught in many of my various interests.
Interests:
Reading, writing, playing blues harmonica and drums; a sunny day at the race track, and for the most part, listening to lots and lots of music.
Movies:
Just name a few... Rush - Beyond The Lighted Stage,The Shawshank Redemption, The Natural, Heat, Paper Moon, The Sting, Ocean's 11, The Big Lebowski, Goodfellas, Pulp Fiction, Casino, Field of Dreams, Payback, Last Man Standing, Seabiscut, Barton Fink, Phar Lap; House, 30 Rock Davinci's Inquest and action movies.
Music:
I have been a devoted RUSH fan since 1979. RUSH have influenced me in more ways than two. I like all styles of music with the exceptions of Rap and Hip Hop. Other favorite musical artists include; Glenn Miller, Woody Herman, Buddy Rich, Louis Armstrong, Yes, Steely Dan, Max Webster, Louie Bellson, Merle Haggard, Dixie Chicks, The Marshall Tucker Band, Blue Rodeo, Tragically Hip, The Allman Brothers, Dicky Betts, Charlie Musselwhite, Sonny Boy Williamson, Sonny & Brownie, Roy Buchanan, James Cotton, Gustav Holst, Amos Garrett, Ella Fitzgerald, George Gritzbach, Billie Holiday, Arlen Roth, Diane Schuur, Tanita Tikaram, Hound Dog Taylor, Dave Brubeck, Jeff Beck, Wes Montgomery, George Benson, Stevie Ray Vaughn...and anything that is challenging and brain stimulating.
Books:
Too long of a list. I have read many of the classic American authors. I went through a W.P Kinsella phase; but I much prefer reading short story anthologies for their variety and brevity. I seem to lack the commitment needed to get to the end of a novel. The last novels I read were McCurty's 'Lonsome Dove' and Waldo's 'Sacajawea' way back in the early 90's. My favorite authors include; Lowry, Malamud, Peart, London, Kinsella, Poe, Faulkner, Hemingway, King (short stories), Steinbeck and Dr. Bob with Bill W.

Well, this fourth semseter at college has been a bit brutal. The workload never seems to want to end.
I am however almost done.
I look forward to having more personal time in this Spring to finally get around to producing more music video projects.
I again thank all of those who have recently subscribed to my channel and have continued to show their support by veiwing my videos.
I have just a few more months to go. Many of my projects take a great deal of time to produce. I have many more ideas and music slated for experimentaion and production, but will need more time to get them done. Thank you one and all.
Anishnaube
