Junior Animation Challenge 2007 (JAC 07) is a team-based computer animation contest for 7-16 year olds. Organised by Transtel Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. together with Multimedia Development Corporation, MALAYSIA, JAC 07 is part of the Multimedia Creative Content Initiative to cultivate creativity in the young through computer animation and storytelling.
All teams are granted a production period of 4 weeks and required to submit the following to qualify,
-Storyboard (minimum of 5 panels)
-Story synopsis (no less than 120 words)
-Animated clip in .mov or .avi format (no less than 10 seconds duration)
All the animation you see are created with a revolutionary computer animation software called CATWARE (CAT stands for Creativity, Art and Technology)
