Animal Rescue League of Northwest Georgia

The Animal Rescue League of Northwest Georgia (ARL of NWGA) is a no-kill shelter that rescues abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs that might otherwise be euthanized by local animal control organizations. In addition, the rescue works with other organizations that specialize in puppy mill rescues. The rescue currently houses approximately 75 dogs that are housed in outside kennels at two different locations and in foster homes. The dogs saved by the rescue are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, treated for any medical issues and then placed with who prefer to adopt unwanted dogs rather than purchase breeder dogs.
