you have an exhaust leak. Probably your outlet pipe. It sounds way to loud...like an open header sound. Motor is probably fine...feel around look around all the connections and the pipe itself leading to the muffler.

Sorry. For the delay...yes it did come with 72 shells. I bought the kit for the fan rack mostly. The shells were elchepo but fun to set off all 25 with a quick wick.
