In South Africa we don't find big bag of hot pepper flakes -we get peri peri and chili powder and paprika-what is the best to use for cucumber kinchi-maybe i should mix paprika and chili powder maybe 5tps -1 tsp?I like the red colour the Korean pepper flakes give to the mix-maybe i can order from...
