Why take a position? The commonlaw/freeman/ucc guys are taking a postion that they are free or sovereign . Why take a positon? If someone else is taking a postion that you are not free the best and only stategy is to ask them simple questions like.... when,where, why, and how did you get control/jurisdiction over me? The fact is nobody is free/sovereign. They have the guns, police, armies, and uniforms. The commonlaw/freeman/ucc guys are fundamentally wrong in their assertions.
