figured it out ... i just took a stereo out of the ALT 3-4 bus AKA MUTE bus and went into a stereo channel on the yamaha

does each corresponding subgroup offer pan control?
if all the drums are going to group 1 (hard left) does this mean they are also being sent to only the left side of a stereo mix?
i guess my question is how to shape a nice stereo mix with everything panned hard left and hard right????
