About Me:
Though having several opportunites, I made a conscious decision early in my life not to pursue music as a profession, but as only a sideline.(living on a bus/out of a suitcase was never appealing to me)Plus, my wardrobe is much too large, I would need 3 buses!!! lol.. I can honestly say, I have no regrets.
Although, I love to front a band, take part in a good jam session, and work in the studio, my TRUE love/passion is the theatre, having been cast in several lead roles in musical productions,....credits include: 'Nancy' in OLIVER!... 'Laurey Williams' in OKLAHOMA!....'Tzeitel' in FIDDLER ON THE ROOF... 'Rizzo' in GREASE and 'Annie Oakley' in ANNIE GET YOUR GUN....my next dream adventure is playing 'Sally Bowles' in CABARET!!! I also made my directorial debut with the slap stick comedy 'DROP DEAD'....this was challenging but tons of fun!!!!
I also love experimenting with a wide range of musical genres, such as Rock, Jazz, Blues, Country, Pop etc... I enjoy being versatile....and being able to make the transformation from "rocker chick' to the ingenue in a classic Rogers and Hammerstein musical production!
Well that's just a bit about ME
P.S. To those of you who are pursuing music as a career, remember, you meet the same people on the way down as you do on the way up....so be kind...and always remember this....'Haters are merely cowardly versions of Admirers' :)
