I think the American people are too smart to fall for this "tort reform" lie anymore. It is denying our rights to due process.

Sadly Capital records sued a private citizen and won $1,500,000 million for downloading 24 songs! But if a huge hospital corporation's employee kills or mams you through medical negligence it's only worth $250k.

In reality, tort reform is big corporations and their front groups want to destroy the legal system so they can’t be held accountable for negligence and misconduct.
