Kendra sings AndysOriginalSongs
Kendra Masonchuck was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and took an interest in music at an early age. She began by singing in a children's community choir and then started taking private voice lessons in Opera and Musical Theatre. She soon started performing in numerous competitions and community theatre musicals, landing roles such as Minnie Fay in "Hello Dolly" and the lead in "Pinocchio the Musical". She also took first and second place yearly in the Calgary Kiwanis Music Festival from 1999 - 2008. She studied in the Conservatory of Music at Mount Royal College in 2004 and was part of Calgary Opera's Canadian Premiere of "The Ballad of Baby Doe" in 2008. In 2009, Kendra decided to put all her focus into Musical Theatre and in 2011, she moved to London UK to pursue a career on stage.
Kendra's love of being on stage drives her ambition to perform on the West End and her passion has taken her across the world to pursue it. She embraces all styles and genres of theatre and feels most at home on stage. She describes it not just as a career ambition, but as a life ambition to do what she was meant to do. Her determination to learn and expand her horizons means she`s always striving to better her skills and improve her versatility. Kendra is not afraid to step out of her comfort zone and try new things and she hopes her hard work will one day lead her to the West End to begin the journey of her life long dream.
TWILIGHT TIME - a new musical play
TWILIGHT TIME © 2011 Broadway Babies Creative Group which is the second musical play in the Stage Door Ghost Trilogy I am producing with A Michael Storm.
Synopsis of the Play TWILIGHT TIME
An aging starlet, MARION RAYMOR, spends her twilight days struggling with her orphaned grand daughter who reminds her far too much of her late daughter; and, far worse, with her worthless son who never grew up emotionally and wishes her dead so that he can inherit her wealth. Both live with her in her Manhattan penthouse. Her life is further complicated by her longtime agent/manager and, as far as she knows, friend who is constantly begging her to make one last comebackand star in a one woman show on Broadway; all the while he is plundering her bank accounts to live his high life style since he no longer makes big commissions from her career.
This would be enough for anyone to deal with in later life, but this is only a small piece of the tangled puzzle which MARION'S life has become. She also receives regular visits, yes she sees them and talks with them, from three spirits from her past; the spirits of her late movie star daughter, MARY LEA, the spirit of her late first husband P.J. and beloved spirit of her late son CHARLIE, who died in a fall from the balcony of this very penthouse when only twelve years old.
Her "twilight time" is one drama after another as she deals with her grand daughter's struggle with the same inner demons which plagued her daughter, MARLEE'S mother MARY LEA. She also must cope with her growing suspicions that ALVIN her agent is stealing from her; and there is the fact that her worthless son POOLIE has grown tired of waiting to collect her wealth when she dies and has decided to help fate along by killing her; and of course there are those two spirits who never seem to let her rest or forget the short comings of her past life, her dead movie star daughter, and MARLEE'S mother, MARY LEA PAGE and her long dead first husband P.J. BELL, POOLIE'S neer-do-well father, who is still every bit the scoundrel he was in life. Her only solace is the third spirit who visits her frequently, her dead son CHARLIE, the son of the only man she ever truly loved her late husband Charles Raymor. CHARLIE has become her confessor, her strength and her protector.
In each life there are promises to keep, questions to be answered, and wishes to fulfill..... for some of us these promises, questions, and wishes live long after we have gone!
TWILIGHT TIME, is done in One Act with twelve (12) well placed Musical Numbers to help tell the story of tangled lives and unhappy deaths. The story is told entirely in the living area of the Manhattan Penthouse of MARION RAYMOR

UNSEEN ANGELS - a new musical play
SYNOPSIS OF THE SHOW
A Musical Play in One Act with Book for Musical by A. Michael Storm, Lyrics by A. Michael Storm and Music by AndysOriginalSongs!
SHELDON MARS, the now reclusive (though formerly VERY famous) Composer/Lyricist/Playwright, finds his world of quiet desperation and solitude interrupted when AUDRIAN SMALL comes to visit and interview him! She is a bright young woman who loves Musical Theatre and writes an online Blog for the Theatre community. She wants to be the first to interview the great man in the years since his lover/companion died. LOUIS, the spirit of SHELDON'S deceased life partner is the third character in this three character show. This often bitter, always pointed spirit takes SHELDON to task (unseen and unheard except by the audience) throughout our story!
The interview becomes contentious at times and often is rife with laughter and tears. As AUDRIAN talks with one of her Theatre idols, she draws out ghosts from his past and, in doing so, from her own! Both come to grips with who they were, are, and must become under the watchful eye of LOUIS.
There are ten (10) musical numbers in this Musical Play. SHELDON is featured in THE SOUND, HOLLOW, WORDS AND MUSIC, and the tragic I SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN YOU A LOVE SONG; AUDRIAN gives voice to BITTERSWEET LULLABY and LOUIS gives us ONLY GOD KNOWS and the heartbreaking and show stopping INVISIBLE MAN; SHELDON and AUDRIAN combine for the duo number 3A.M. / FAKING IT; and all three characters combine for the trio number CONVERSATION PIECES and in the Finale UNSEEN ANGELS, LOUIS and AUDRIAN provide the vocals with SHELDON on the piano!
A. Michael Storm's Book brings both gales of laughter and rivers of tears as it tells the story of how life can twist and turn and how we often find ourselves reflecting later in life on just how we came to be what and where we are!
Though the songs from this show may be smaller in number than those in a large Musical, the impact of each number is as great as any song from any show. A. Michael Storm's Lyrics and AndysOriginalSongs beautiful Music tell the story every bit as fully as the Book!
