if thehannakins daddy sung it to her when she was the baby, cool. it is a funny, clever tune as well. the other side of it is there for us jaded adults if we want and that is good songwriting @didleybopp :-)
brookside committed suicide. it kept losing viewers in the 90s because it turned into some american cable soap crap, with a murder a bomb an overdose etc. every week. and the more that turned off the worse they got. its glory days were when it was real- the royle family style.
well said, 21indiegirl. the original is pretty much pure pop and the best, but it works nice reggae style. and she doesn't half get her horsey chompers around the vocal.
