Hello! first can i say: me and pico are well and truely back on form, i think our confidence knock is over and things are going so well!
Anyway, this is what my new year video was supossed to look like, but it all went wrong and i didn't have a camera, then i had no one to video, then my account shut, and then i uploaded a shit video just to show you i was alive. so i HOPE you like this one alot more :)
I LOVE THIS VIDEO. the jump at the end is our biggest jump to date (1m30), and without sounding biased because i love my pony but how easy does he make it look! i know i'm a pleb on board, but infact compared to last year i think my position is FINALLY improving. i am by NO means saying we are perfect.. i know we are far from it. but i think we are at last moving in the right direction.. i just really think this year is going to be a better one!
I don't really have alot of other news. Pico is going really well at the moment, again working on our flatwork lots and doing abit more jumping as we're both out of practice. Just really looking forward to getting out to a few competitions and getting back into it all again! And even more exciting i actually FINALLY own my own body protector!!! I've been riding for 11years now, i've evented since i was 13.. i've fallen off a ridiculous amount of horses yet i never have my own body protector. i've driven my friends, PC and work mad because i just steal anyones who isn't being used, which ment it never fitted and would probably have done more harm than good! but at long last after realising how important it is to have one, and one that fits, i have my own!!!
Millie is coming back into work this week. As soon as she is going properly (sitting on her) i'll try get some clips of her. she is looking mighty fine at the moment! I'm planning to take her to PC rallies and do a few local shows before the end of the year, but we will just see how it goes.. i don't believe in pushing a horse when they're young we'll just do what ever she is comfortable with. so don't expect anything spectacular with her this year :)
I think that is all the news. i hopefully have a few comps coming up in febuary but having a few issues with fitting work in, competing, and having a social life! which will be a constant issue all year but hopefully i can sort it out!

SO this is the bug thruout 2011.. He hasnt had a very busy year due to family commitments & me concentrating on sox but the times he did go out he didnt fail to come home with prize money and ended 2011 on a high in november :)
Some footage is missing due to laptops breaking ect but the majority of it is in here..
Unfortunatley 2012 did not start to plan but he went out at the weekend and picked up a 6th and again on the 23rd & come 3rd so he is slowly getting back to the bug!
Hope everyone is doing well and has had an amazing start to there competition yer with their horses :)
