The Panacea Chemtrail Production
Since 1997 to now in 2010, evidence and data continues to be collected by the grass roots movements to show related health and environmental effects from recorded Aerosol chemical spraying (AKA Chemtrails).
Proven facts show the difference between condensation or "contrails" vs chemtrails being observed plus the motivation for the aerosol spraying from many patents. Contaminated rain water and other samples have been identified with the elements mentioned in these patents (Barium, aluminum and many others) and are linked to the growing worldwide reported health effects. A new disease has also been identified with related data collected from Chemtrails (Morgellons disease).

Today in 2010 when this documentary was made, the Mainstream pop artist Prince joins the press showing the German military, NBC news, and many documentaries in presenting enough FACTs to motivate the public to address this chemtrail phenomena. Governments continue to turn a blind eye. We are needed to create public pressure.
Half baked investigations have been discounted in Panacea's production and instead a wide range of community reports and data has been included. These include a concrete plan to set up a global rain water collection program and to recruit private investigators to help track the planes and form a report for the public. A global petition has been created to help create public pressure.
Panacea has presented a government lab tested rain water sample showing toxic aluminum and has written records about birds dying. We have spoken at a conference to join the chemtrail's community towards affirmative action. Your input is needed. Panacea Cloud Buster Production
Panacea has completed a non profit educational video production done to support Trevor James Constable, Wilhelm Reich, James Demeo and the Weather Rangers. There have been a vast amount of obstacles that have stopped this particular CLEAN and cheap weather engineering technology from complete public access. As a result of the government and universities neglecting to adopt this technology, serious situations and weather control have been not been managed to capacity. All of the individuals involved in operating this particular line of non conventional weather engineering devices have faltered trying to get this knowledge known publicly. There is a uniform repeatable pattern having to do with rejection based on a pre-determined mindset which prevents it from progress. The suppression of this progress has profound implications for sustainability of this planet. It is the intent of this educational production to mobilize organization and use the technology out of a public trust to bridge this gap and get the ball rolling. Given the reports by the weather modification replicators thus far, it would appear that this technology is an invaluable life saving technology which the mainstream faculties must benefit from. As a safety device alone, this technology justifies (and needs) law for its mandatory implementation.

Panacea's Fuel Saving & Pollution Cutting Modifications

It is now up to our open source community to push this issue and create the educational resources needed to improve public health and help relieve an economic burden. There has never been as much testing of retrofitting modifications for this tasks other than the following open source / proprietary engineers achievement. Panacea is will continue to promote open source engineers hard work and test, we are conducting a FREE fuel saving and pollution cutting school to support the open source engineers work and proprietary supporters mods out there. This can also help return remuneration for the non profit organization's environmental projects and future tests. Thanks to many new volunteers we are ALL gathering momentum and we are proud to report your hard work in this new production. This research report shows how valuable the open source engineers work is. Plus has our own validation testing and features the pinnacle of all the mods out there.

The PDF is loaded with unique testing and has a good balance of open source and proprietary modifications for all. Only as a community is our voice going to be heard the loudest. A special thanks to all the volunteers and donors that have come on board here to police the truth, create security and ensure there is some real time progress with honest reporting for improving public health. We hope to find a solution for every one, diesel, carby, computer and LPG contact us for any support or info FREE. It is important that every one out there pass this info on to their government bodies requesting incentives, endorsement, rebates and or cheaper registration to help encourage the retrofitting of them to cut the carbon footprint and save energy. Even on council applications. Its there for the taking, they have rebates for technology already with a similar goal to reduce pollution. Nothing else can match it, we don't need a carbon tax, we need incentives for the real time solutions that can create economic and health freedom plus cut pollution the most! And we have done it, only acting collectively can we make it impossible for them ignore us. Case and point. BP and other government bodies get too much revenue in fuel tax, they are not going to endorse these unless we create public pressure. It doesn't cost you any thing to make this needed difference so please help :) We will also train any one for free in the installation of these contact us. The free school will be in Brisbane Australia and will be on going, we will send info packs to other countries to give them every thing they need to train retrofitting garages. FREE non profit.
