you never draw blood when using one of these. either you're pressing too hard, your tissue is not warm enough or the device is a failure. breaking the dermis (lowest layer of skin) and drawing blood will only make your skin problems worse due to scar tissue formation which will further clog your ...

An additional comment here - if you are going to filter at all, make sure you get a filter that removes especially small particulates. In general when breathing in particles, larger particles don't get as far into your lungs and so you can more easily filter them out (they end up in your stomach ...
