Me? Talk about myself? No. I'll talk about music. I love music, music is my life. I couldn't survive without it, and I play...umm...8, I think, instruments. I specialize in clarinet, I guess, but if you wanna get outside the box, I specialize in being a non-specialist. I love books, and I love writing. I guess those two go hand in hand though. Or foot in foot. I love science and I'm fairly good at it too. Science explains a lot of stuff, and explainations is what I look for. I guess it's weird to like both science and music...I used to say that I'd rather hear music than see the truth, but I don't really believe that anymore. It's more like, music is a type of truth that you can feel...not with your hands, but something deep within you. Okay, so I don't believe that people have "souls" but I do believe that we get emotions and that music gives you emotions that are pretty cool. Oh, here's a quote "words make you think a thought. music makes you feel a feeling. a song makes you feel a thought." I've always liked that one, cuz it's true. And I like truth, and hoping to find it soon.
I'll also say that I am a little crazy, and have recently gotten majorly into actually WRITING music. It helps me think things through. Also, it makes me feel productive while I'm supposed to be doing homework :) I'm kinda crazy, I'll admit it, it kinda comes with the composing thing, and the oboe thing, but hey, that's me.
