Her English is not so bad. Definitely not "mother tongue" level but it is cruel to call it intermediate like someone has said below. She has a very good accent, only a small hint of Italian, makes a couple of mistake but at least gets her message across, and understands all questions. It is hard ...

Thanks for the kind responses. This was filmed just to sell the coin on eBay. It is called a "mule" because that's the term for coins which carry errors like no dates etc... People pay a fortune for them and someone did when this video went on my eBay listing.
