Featuring a 12 man horn section (brass only), with baritone and mellophonium replacing reeds or bones, the band's influences include Stan Kenton, Buddy Rich, Maynard Ferguson, Count Basie, Gordon Goodwin, Arturo Sandoval, Tower of Power and Bill Chase.
