About this user

I have been involved in Karaoke for the last 15 years. As a singer, I went from show to show, looking for a great place to hang and sing. I found that the place didn't matter, the host did. Knowing I could do better, I entered a "So You Wanna Be A KJ" contest, which was supposed to be a joke to get performers to stop complaining about the hosts. I was picked first. I was supposed to work one and a half hours. I worked three and was hired the next day. That was eight years ago. Two years ago I decided to start my own Karaoke business and here we are.

I believe that the success of a Karaoke Host is all about how they make the performers feel. I truly encourage and enjoy watching people become a star, even if it's just for that 4 minute song. No singer is a bad singer. Some may be better than others, but everybody can sing. I love making that happen for everyone.

I go one step further for my fans. I video their performance and post them for the world to see. I have been using Myspace and Youtube, and was just introduced to this site. So here I am and here they are. The heart and soul of A&A's Karaoke Korner!
