@dashofchutmeg times have changed. it's 2011. 30 years after the replacements, bands play to a click live to stay on time and have digital effects to compliment their music. especially in the genre of pop/pop rock. just stating the facts.

the drums aren't pre-recorded, stupid. it's called playing to "the click." which means you play to a metronome, which means you can have digital effects cued to play at certain times, which is how they have the clapping at the end of each measure. any halfway professional band plays to a click li...
