O you who believe! What is the matter with you, that when you are asked to march forth in the Cause of Allah you
cling heavily to the earth? Are you pleased with the life
of this world rather than the Hereafter? But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as compared with the Hereafter. * If you march not forth, He will punish you
with a painful torment and will replace you by another people, and you cannot harm Him at all, and Allah is
Able to do all things. * If you do not help him
(Muhammad) (it does not matter), for Allah did indeed
help him when the disbelievers drove him out, the
second of two, when they (Muhammad and Abu Bakr)
were in the cave, and he said to his companion
(Abu Bakr): Be not sad (or afraid), surely Allah is with us. Then Allah sent down His Sakeenah (calmness,
tranquillity, peace, etc.) upon him, and strengthened
him with forces (angels) which you saw not, and made
the word of those who disbelieved the lowermost, while
it was the Word of Allah that became the uppermost, and Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. * March forth, whether you are light or heavy, and strive hard with your wealth and your
lives in the Cause of Allah. This is better for you, if you but knew. [Al-Tawbah: 38-41]

No other thing is more compulsory in its implementation after belief in Allah more than rejecting the enemies who are attacking the honour and religion. (Majmu Al Fatawa, Ibn Taimiyah, juz 4, pg. 184)
Meaning, jihad is prioritized over solat, fasting, zakat, and hajj as well other duties. If there is a clash between the duties of jihad and hajj, then the duty of jihad must be prioritized. When the duty of jihad and solat clashed, then the duty of solat can be delayed for a time, or a "qasar" or "jama" applied, or a change in its formation or situation for the sake adapting it to the jihad.
"Whoever fight so that the kalimah of Allah is raised high, then he is on the path of Allah" (Hadith al-Bukhari)
O Allah Revealer of the Book, Recompenser of the Final account, Destroyer of the confederates. O Most Powerful, O Most Magnificent! O Allah, verily we ask you to disperse the enemy's gunfire upon our warriors and to shake the ground from beneath their feet and strike terror into their hearts. O Allah, cripple their support and blind their vision and send upon them decay and disease. O Allah, divide them against one another and disperse their unity and strike heavy discord amongst their ranks, and make them flee to their destruction, and show us from amongst your wonders and strength that you mete out to them, and make an example of them for those who are heedless. O Allah quicken their defeat and make their wealth war booty for the Muslims.
O Allah grant aid and victory to our brothers, the Mujahideen in Afghnaitan, Somalia, Chechnya, Palestine and all over the world and from amongst the people of the land and the Helpers, and unite their ranks and bring them together upon the word of truth. O Allah, direct their aim and strengthen their support, and make them steadfast and send upon them your tranquility and heal their hearts and guide them to all that is good, and cause us who sit at home to join their ranks, O Answerer of supplications.
O Allah, give them authority and rule, and aid them with your Army of the Heavens and the Earth, O Lord of the Worlds
O Allah, make the enemy and their weaponry a booty for the Mujahideen O Allah, you are our support and you are our only Victor; by your order we attack; by your order we retreat and by your order we fight. O Allah, the sky is yours; the earth is yours; the sea is yours, so whatever forces they have in the sky, drop them. Destroy all their forces in earth and sink all their forces in sea. O Allah, deal with them for verily they can never disable you. O Allah, retaliate upon them, afflict them like you did to Pharaoh and his nation. O Allah afflict their country with floods, make them in need of money and food and persons. O Allah defeat them, destroy them O the All-Strong, the All-Mighty

Honor, Power and Glory belong to Allah, His Messenger and the believers, but the hypocrites know not
