em well all i rememba is that i was clickin on everythin to try an figure it out an then sumtin came up sayin ur computer may not av the right thing ta download the codec or sumtin and a link came up which let me download the thing i needed and after that the pic came up... sorry dats all i can tell ya..

the very same thing happened ta me..but i cant remember how i got the pic to work..
its somethin ta do wit d computer not bein able ta dwnload the codecs r sumtin lyk that...
sorry i honestly cant rememba wat i did but all i can suggest is....dya no wen ur tryin ta watch it on media player at the top it says 'now playing'..well click on that an then click on more options and then make sure there is a tick in the box wer it says automativally dwnload codecs...not sure if this is how i did it but its worth a try..
