Yeah, but it's not like 14 is the same as 10 - that's her mental age, I'd say. Most people are much more mature at 14. At least the people I know. Of course, I can't speak for every 14-year-old in the world :P

Yeah, it would be kind of cool. But I don't see them ending up together. Maybe in a dream, or maybe for a day. I've always thought (like everyone else) that Penny and Leonard would end up together, as well as Sheldon and Amy. It's a fun thought, though! :)

Yeah, I'm sure. If you take a look at the beguinning at the next ep you'll see them coming out of the bedroom and talking about the night (Ruby's in heaven and Romeo's trying to forget about it). I feel a bit sorry for her, actually - even though she knew what she was getting hers...
