I used to be a boy but my wife turned me into a complete girl. She makes me write stories about forced feminization, sissy schools, feminising regimens, petticoat punishment and maid training. The changes/transitions from occasional or regular crossdresser to living full-time as a woman, and then proceeding to FFS and to GRS are very profound, and none of them should be undertaken unless you are absolutely sure at each stage.
My videos are for fun and exercises in wish-fulfilment for those not lucky enough to 'live the dream' - so don't take them too seriously! x Kate/Amber
As regards GRS (Gender Reassignment Surgery), there are many places that do this in Europe, the States and Thailand. Someone I know recently recommended Dr. Suporn in Thailand who uses an innovative non penile inversion technique - but I don't know any more about it than that.
I don't know anywhere that does eveything in one go - Facial Feminisation Surgery and Gender Reassignment Surgery - this would be an awful lot of surgery, and you would have to be under the anaesthetic for longer than would be advisable.
