I've been listening to Danny's work for years. As a (very amateur) drummer myself, I tried but could never figure out how the hell he does most of that awesomely unconventional shit. Now that I can finally see him play on youtube, I can honestly say that I still don't have a f**king clue!!

Looks more like a warm-up than a solo, but the talent is impossible to ignore. Question: why does your snare head have wear marks only in the center (I wear the entire surface of mine out evenly, plus the tops of my legs) ;-)

All of them are quite good musicians, but not awesome. Some kind of magic happens when they play together in a song like this that makes the end result COMPLETELY F**CKING AWESOME!! I can't identify it, but it's there.
