Amara Karuna is a singer/songwriter, teacher of counseling and Dances of Universal Peace, and a member of an intentional community permaculture farm in Hawaii.

Wholistic Healing:
These are classes on healing methods such as peer counseling and bodywork.
Instructional Dance videos:
Dance leaders can learn the movements to original Dances of Universal Peace that Amara has created. These are probably not widely interesting to a general audience, with the exception of the documentary in my Favorites called Hawaii Dances of Universal Peace, which gives a great introduction to this form of moving meditation.
