No idea what a P-cut or T-cut is or how they're different. I saw a different ending. They hide in one room and see a nurse die. They ran down a hall with a doctor with Michael right behind. The guy fell and is killed as they hid in a room full of tanks and fetuses. Kara and Danny hid with the bab...

@WhisperingHoney2 The tried to "talk" to Freddie. It's revealed in the flashback scene that they chased him to a factory or something. When he had locked himself in one of the parents lit a oil-soaked rag stuffed in a gas can and threw it through the window. They killed Freddie.
