Humans "nature and instinct" is to be aware of the things that is happening around him because whether he likes it or not it will have an effect on him may it be small or large in every DAMN second that he breaths in his everyday life. I say 3rd world country is more aware of what's happening around them than 1st world country does. Its not a question of numbers in population.

The big Q is are you AWARE or you dont care. OBAMA says YES WE CAN Time for change. Having too much of what you should be having makes you a dumb person like an addict, sometimes if you lack of something you may resort to a different remedy to forget that you are badly in need of it so you take drugs as a replacement. So life is a bitch its good being smart than a stupid intelligent.
