From the island of San Diego, California (LOL) 8 Filipinos and 1 Chamoru got together, and with our powers combined... WE ARE ALMOST ISLANDERS.
Almost Islanders is a band of friends who brought our collective talents together and started playing the music that brought us all together. With influences spanning over HipHop, R&B, Jazz, Blues, Jawaiian, Rock, Metal, Alternative, Pop, and of course Reggae, we try to bring you the best in Feel Good Island Music with our own flavor added to the mix.
Though none of us have ever lived on the islands (unless you count the Philippines), we truly believe that the spirit of the islands lives through its music and is not bound by bloodlines or geographical locations. Therefore, you can rest assured that the music we create, and recreate, is from the heart, and we do it all for you.
