About Almost Friday
Almost Friday is a four piece rock band from Salem, Oregon who formed in October 2007. Three of Almost Friday's four members are currently serving in or are retired from the Oregon Army National Guard. They are led by Sergeant Major (SGM) Rod Galloway on vocals and lead guitar. Steve Cannon on guitar/backing vocals, Master Sergeant (MSG) Dave Noffsinger on bass and retired Sergeant Major (SGM) Chuck Kovitch completes the line up on drums. All four members are long time friends devoted to the artistic success of the band's sound by writing all of their original music. The band takes great pride in producing songs that have stimulating hooks, hypnotic melodies and rousing beats that stir the listener's emotions. Almost Friday has branded a strong reputation with their energetic "Main Street Rock" original music and dynamic live stage shows.
