As far as home use goes... Yes and no. Depends on window frame material. Most companies will say yes. If they are wood frames the answer is no. If the frames are metal or aluminum, the answer is yes.

Completely diffetrent thickness or mil than a car. Plus the film and glass is attached to the frame. Strenghtens the glass all the way around. Posted a much more agressive version of this demo earlier this evening. Check it out.

About allprowindowtinting's channel
This is a different material than what is designed for cars or trucks. They have an 7 mil/8mil film that can be done to side windows. I have never seen anyone who could put a 15 mil film on a curved window! If you have seen it, please allow me to see how that can be done!
