@tomitstube They didn't have a LOANER phone. There's a difference between a brand new phone and a loaner phone. They aren't going to crack open a brand new phone just for one person.

@cod5fan12 Oh, I see. I have the slim model, and I'm not sure that one has the back switch. If it does, I've never needed to use it. But it makes sense if it's anything like hard booting a computer. My apologies.

@cod5fan12 Why shouldn't someone use the back switch? Unless there are warnings in the user manual or something about using it too much, that would be a defect. And that IS Sony's fault.
