About this user

Alan and The Alligators is a versatile three-piece Boston area band providing live entertainment since 1989 and is one of New England's best bands for any event. Our expert musicianship and exciting stage presentation has made us a popular live act.

Our music is a mix of original and cover rock, funk, blues, R&B, jazz, pop, jam band, folk music and other assorted fun music. The Alligators Band is: Alan Goodrich on drums and lead vocals, Jon Steinberger on bass guitar and vocals, and Doren Berge on electric guitar and vocals.

The Acoustic Alligators, a duo version of the band, consists of Alan Goodrich and Tom Young singing and playing acoustic guitars, percussion, and occasional wind instruments. Our versatility enables us to sound like a full band at times, as well as the traditional guitar duo.

With a national promotion, our CD "Alan and The Alligators ~ Reptile Rock" has been added at over 75 Radio Stations across the US and Canada, and attained two Top 10 Chart positions in college radio as reported by CMJ.

Drummer Alan Goodrich also does a solo act on guitar and voice, and with a regional radio promotion, his solo CD "Alan Goodrich ~ Out On A Limb" has so far been added at over 40 radio stations across New England with one chart position at #23 as reported to CMJ.
