I think it would be a much better idea to open the bag up so we could see what it looks like when unpacked. Just to see it in the vacuum sealed package isn't much good and is a bit of a waste of time.

@NaturalBushcraft I expect you're right. I don't think I'd drink any surface water around there due to the extensive mining in the area. Boiling wouldn't remove any of the heavy metals in the water so I think it's a 'no-no'.
