Alliance Group Entertainment is a fully integrated film production company. The company was formed and is lead by a team of experienced Hollywood producers, writers, and executives. The company's mission is to produce a slate of high quality, state-of-the-art and commercially viable films.

There currently exists within the motion picture industry an opportunity for a new independent film company, with access to capital resources and high-quality product, to successfully position itself as an industry leader. Such a company could produce, finance, and distribute its own product throughout the world, retaining control of foreign rights while obtaining domestic theatrical releases by studios.

Alliance Group Entertainment has established itself as such a company, capitalizing on the substantial revenues and profits that can be generated from participating in the motion picture industry. Moreover, Alliance Group is anchored and led by Hollywood icon Ronald Shusett whose reputation and industry credits provide the much-needed access to the tight knit network of Hollywood industry professionals.

The primary focus of Alliance Group is (i) the production, finance and distribution of up to 15 motion pictures per year over the next five years, and (ii) the management of up and coming actors, writers, and directors.

Alliance Group will produce three different types of films, each focused on distinct market sector:

Lower budget, high-quality feature films, with recognizable talent;
Mid range budget, story and talent driven "independent" films; and
Higher budget, high-concept, studio-released "event" pictures.
By focusing on the production of these three films types, Alliance Group will diversify itself with a broad portfolio of motion pictures. The source for projects to be produced by Alliance Group will be in-house producers as well as third-party producers with established track records and relationships with the Company along with in-house 'branded' produced product which will be developed and funded using Alliance Group's development funding ability. The projects will be financed by Alliance Group and sold into the international community through the Company's internal sales department as well as established third-party distributors.

Alliance Group has established a talent management operation, where it secures representation for established and up-and-coming talent (writers, musicians, etc) for a percentage of monies earned by this talent. This gives Alliance Group access to material and talent before others, increasing its competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Alliance Group will also take advantage of available ancillary revenue opportunities through exploitation of other media; in particular publishing, music, merchandising, software, video games and the Internet.
