I started to play the cautro in February of 2007. Before the cuatro, I was into the piano and I played some songs on there. Out of nowhere I became interested in playing thr guitar. When I was about 8 yrs. old I wanted to learn the guitar, but I had trouble with placing my fingers on the strings at a constant motion. Now I play the cuatro whenever I can. Everything I know was self taught on both the piano and the cuatro. With exception of my abuelo who taught me a couple of combinations of notes to some songs. But the songs I already knew. And my friend Nathan Soto. Thanks man!!
