About Nate Davis
I've played football most of my life and was fortunate enough to play linebacker at a college level. I've done some personal training and I know a good deal about nutrition from working at GNC and copious reading. I'm competitive and love all sports (I've even done a triathlon ha). One of my big focuses now is strength training. Trained by the legendary Joe Ladnier, I'm primed to make an impact in the world of powerlifting. I want to document my athletic achievements and trade training ideas. Also, I hope my videos will inspire and motivate others.
