i am a cnc milling operator/programmer here at our fabrication factory for two years now.i can tell you,the pressure of work is enormous.almost everyday we have numerous urgent or top priority milling because our company has many projects around this country.so to cope,i always do multiple milling at the same time.for example,if we have to mill louvers,i will not put one or two profiles at the same time,but i will put multiple profiles in the vice as long as it can accommodate the number of profiles that i want to put.that way,i can save time and effort on loading and unloading.

one of our cnc machines that i operate, emmegi phantomatic t5, meets most of the requirements of our factory's milling needs.it has it's ''sick days'',but it can easily be repaired by the dealer's technician.you have to understand,we operate continously.and the heat during the summer here is like a jet engine of a jetliner.imagine the stress it has endured during all this time.

as of now, i'm operating the company's latest acquisition,the emmegi diamant. this machine,like the phantomatic t5, can mill different kinds of profile,with diferrent programs at the same time, provided you use the cam and editor. if you use the camplus and job,you can mill various programs at one time but with one kind of profile. you can can load various profiles in the job but the drill will load your chosen profile and load the next kind of profile after.but of course, the camplus and job has a higher degree of graphics than the cam and editor. you can also adjust the degree of the spindle with camplus in which the cam has no control of. and also,since the start of our operation last may 2011, the machine has worked 24 hours a day. since we have 2 shifts with 12 hours a shift, the only time it can rest is during fridays when we don't operate for 7 hours.

these are very good machine.that i can assure you.
