I heard this on Arabic MTV. I'm surprised no one has picked up on the reference to The Smiths "How soon is now" video.
I love this song. Nostalgic, simple, elegant.
(oh yeah someone asked how this sounds like the 80s. It totally does, it's clearly referencing Factory Records).
After it gets to "I want to thank you..." it's AMMMAAAAAZZZING. I remember hearing Antony on Jools Holland in 2004/05, and I found the vibrato in his voice just ridiculous, but I think I get it better now. Especially in this song.
He's really good on CocoRosie's "beautiful boyz" too.
