Is it General Zod, Ursa, and Non trapped in the Phantom Zone?

So I can get through that final level with the stop light, but then there's an end credits level with 5 buttons, the bottom 4 of which show the various organizations involved in making the game. But there's a top button, which I assume opens the door to the right, that I can't get to. Can anyone?

And the part where they climb across the collapsing dinosaur skeleton is a homage to the 1938 Cary Grant/Katherine Hepburn movie BRINGING UP BABY. Do a YouTube search on BRINGING UP BABY DINOSAUR and go about 2 minutes into the video.
