The good point:

Not only ours problem was shown: when Homer miss a kick on his bag shows a book named "How to loot on Brazil", what reflect a reality (not exaggerated) about foreigns. 50% of the "sexual tourism" problem says for foreigns who come to do that.

So, my advice could be to explore more...
