Alex M.O.R.P.H. is not only one of Germanyʻs most prominent Trance DJs & producers, but he has grown to a stand-out personality in the global dance music business.
From a small independent artist with various producer aliases, Alex M.O.R.P.H. was able to establish and redefine himself and his sound again and again, delivering a big palette of highly respected quality productions and remixes over the years - for and with worldwide top artists like Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Markus Schulz, Rank 1 and others.
His biggest impact on the dancefloors to date was the 2007 megasmasher „Life Less Ordinary together with the famous dutch duo Rank 1, which resulted in a tremendous hype all over the world and burned the name Alex M.O.R.P.H. into the Trance world map once and for all. Reason enough for Paul van Dyk to lock up Alex in his studio, producing 2 van Dyk/M.O.R.P.H. collaborations for PvDʻs 2007 hit album „In Between!
Other successful releases like „Turn it on (on VANDIT Records), „Unification, „New Harvest, „I Love Trance (all on Fenology Records) and others underline the always rising carreer of this exceptional artist.
As a DJ, Alex M.O.R.P.H. exactly knows how to keep the crowd going and how to interact with his fans. His experience is truly impressive, with past and upcoming gigs at all major club events and world leading festivals like Trance Energy, Mayday, Gatecrasher, Nature One, Soundtropolis, Cream Ibiza, A State of Trance 400 event, Stadium of Sound, and many many more...
Alex is also the co-founder & co-host of the global radio & event concept HeavensGate. Together with his longtime partner Woody van Eyden (as a B2B DJ team they were voted into the DJ Mag Top100 of 2008!), they present their weekly radioshow on a network of high profile radiostations around the world (over 30 countries at the moment) and gain more and more fans rapidly.
The own HeavensGate events (Boat Party, Loveparade float + official afterparty, HeavensGate happenings in Scotland, Mallorca, Ibiza and others) are an important indicator of the growing popularity and fanbase.
Right now, Alex M.O.R.P.H. is travelling the „Purple Audio Album-Release World Tour, which will take Alex into 20 countries within 3 months, promoting his debut artist album „Purple Audio (released in June 2009 on Paul van Dykʻs VANDIT Records). The first single releases „Sunshine, „Purple Audio, „Photograph and „No Regrets already illustrate the quality and versatility of the album and make it one of the highlights on this yearʻs international dance music market.
